⚠️ Important: We do not deliver to PO Box addresses. Please ensure you provide a valid residential or business address when placing your order.


Delivery Information

Dispatch

All in-stock orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days after your order has been placed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow the progress of your delivery.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched and may vary depending on your location.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Canada 1–3 working days.

  • United States: 3–5 working days.

Please note these are estimated delivery times and delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, customs processing, or high seasonal demand.


Shipping Locations

International orders are currently paused.

We are actively working on solutions to resume international shipping and will update this page as soon as new shipping options become available.

Because CBD regulations vary by country, shipping availability may also change depending on local laws.


Delivery Partners

For standard retail orders (6 packs, 12 packs and 24 packs) we ship using trusted courier services such as which provide fully tracked delivery.

You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.

For wholesale orders, deliveries are handled. Our team will confirm delivery arrangements and schedule a suitable delivery time with you directly.

Returns Policy

30-Day Returns

You may return products within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, products must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of receiving your order

  • Be in the same condition they were delivered

  • Be unused and unopened, unless otherwise stated

We always appreciate feedback, so please let us know if something didn’t work out.


Partially Used Multi-Packs

If you purchase a multi-pack and only use some of the items, we can issue a partial refund for the remaining unopened products.

For example:
If you order six items, consume two, and return four, your refund will be processed for the four returned items.


Packaging Your Return

As drinks and similar products can be fragile during transit, please ensure that returned items are securely packaged in a protective box.

If items arrive damaged due to insufficient packaging, we may not be able to issue a refund.


Free Returns

We offer free returns within the CANADA.

To return your order:

Step 1
Create your return.

Step 2
Take your parcel  (the Post Office can print the label for you if needed).

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Refunds are usually processed within up to 10 working days and will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.


Cancelling Orders

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed, which means orders cannot be changed or cancelled once submitted.

If you no longer wish to keep your order, you may return it after delivery in accordance with our returns policy.
