Cannabidiol (CBD) one of many cannabinoids found in hemp, known for its potent healing and balancing effects on our biological systems. It naturally works with our endocannabinoid system (ECS), bringing us back to balance when fatigued by modern day stressors.

CBD communicates with our ECS, the master regulator of our biological functions such as sleep, mood, pain, inflammation, digestion, and much more. By supporting the ECS, CBD may have an impactful effect on any number of these systems when out of balance or strained by stress.  

CBD dosage is highly personal depending on your body chemistry, weight, reason for use, etc. We always suggest to start low and go slow as it takes time and consistency for CBD to have noticeable effects. For a more thorough guide on dosing, read more here. 

As CBD is a functional herb, daily use is not only accepted but encouraged! We find that cannabinoids are more effective when taken consistently rather than a schedule based on need. For better results, try splitting up your daily CBD into small ‘microdoses’ throughout the day! If your schedule doesn’t allow multiple doses, once or twice a day should do the trick. 

Depending on your desired outcome, changes can be subtle and vary from person to person. It’s important to understand that CBD works naturally with our endocannabinoid system, which is constantly working to balance everything from our sleep to inflammation. Therefore, the fastest way to see results is through prolonged, consistent use of CBD with a dosage that works for you. 

Our Products

We source our hemp from local Canadian farms located in the West Prairies.  

Our final products are all made in our manufacturing facility in Ontario. 

All our products are extracted from Canadian hemp, which legally must contain less than 0.3% THC. This means that very small amounts of THC are found in Full-Spectrum product as it enhances the benefits of the other cannabinoids. If you need to avoid THC entirely, stick to our THC-Free or Broad-Spectrum products which contain 0% THC (not even trace amounts)! 

No. Though many use CBD for its calming effect, this cannabinoid does not have intoxicating properties. If you’re worried about feeling too relaxed, try lowering your daily dosage or consider switching to THC-Free products if currently using Full-Spectrum CBD. 

Yes! Each of our products comes with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) which tests for purity, potency, and potential pollutants. This ensures that your products have all the right cannabinoids and terpenes without any unwanted substances such as pesticides, heavy metals, microbes, etc. Our COAs can be found on each product page, as well as via the QR code on the product box. 

As with any supplement, you should consult your doctor as they know your medical history best. Please consult your primary healthcare provider if you are concerned about potential drug or supplement interactions with CBD.

To sustain quality and integrity of our CBD, all our products are consistently being made in small batches. That being said, we recommend using oils within __ months and gummies within ___ months for optimal freshness.  

Yes! All our products are made with nutritious, whole-food ingredients that are vegan, gluten-free, organic, non-GMO, and cruelty-free. 

Travelling with CBD is permitted within Canada as our law allows both consumption and possession of CBD over the age of 18-21, depending on your province. However, taking products containing any CBD outside of Canada is not permitted and should not be attempted without a permit or exemption from Health Canada.  

Orders + Shipping

At this moment, we ship only within Canada and the United States.  

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and E-Transfer. 

As our team works quickly to ship out your order, there is only a small window of time changes can be made. If you would like to alter your order in any way, please email [email protected] as soon as you can. 

Orders are typically processed and shipped out within 1 business day. Delivery times may vary depending on your location but take 2-5 business days, on average. If placed after 8 am EST on Friday, the order will be fulfilled the following week. 

All orders qualify for free shipping! No code required. 

We will send you a shipping confirmation email including the package tracking number as soon as we process your order. 

Your tracking information may be found in the shipping conformation email which we send after processing your order. If you cannot find this email, please allow 1-2 business days from the day you ordered and make sure to check your spam/junk folder! 

Cancels + Returns

As our team works quickly to ship out your order, there is only a small window of time changes can be made. If you would like to cancel your order, please email [email protected] as soon as you can. 

We gladly accept any return or exchange of unused and unopened items within 30 days of the original purchase!  

If you didn’t love a Plant of Life product for any reason, please email us at [email protected] to start the return process.

Yes. Sale items can be returned as per our regular return policy.

Gifts can be returned for store credit once verified by our system. Please follow our regular return procedure by emailing us at [email protected] to begin the process.

Depending on the courier, processing times can take up to 7 business days. We will send you an email as soon as the return process is complete and your refund is issued. 

Once we’ve received the item, refunds will be issued in the form of original payment within 2-5 business days, depending on your bank.
